You have a proven track record in a similar role, with expertise in talent management.
You take a proactive, hands-on approach with a keen ability to drive initiatives forward.
You excel in building strong relationships with employees and leadership, facilitating open communication and trust.
You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a strong proficiency in English.
