For our Global Field Service division, we are looking for an FSR Secure Power Coolingwho works for the region of Belgium/Luxembourg, based in Uccle, Brussels,Belgium.

Your meaningful purpose

This position is accountable for installing, inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing customer equipment. Your aware of the rules of good craftmanship inside cooling and cooling liquids. You will instruct customers on the operation and maintenance of the equipment. He/She will provide technical instructions and guidance to new and less experienced FSR. Analyze malfunctions in equipment and interpret maintenance manuals, using knowledge of (software) systems and electronics/cooling to isolate and correct issues. Maintain service equipment, tools and documentation. Identify sales opportunities and submit them to the sales team. Any intervention will have to be prepared and executed in respect of safety guidelines. A high level of customer service skills is required as well as the ability to perform troubleshooting.

Your Daily Task And Responsibilities Include

• Perform Start-up/commissioning, Preventive Maintenance and Corrective/Unscheduled Maintenance on all Schneider Electric cooling equipment
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Participate and lead in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
• Perform consulting services at customer site as well over the phone
• Work with customers, subcontractors, other members of the team, Sales Partners, technical support and management to resolve escalated problems
• Document all required information for each site visit performed
• Educate Schneider Electric customers on basic operation of their equipment. Inform customers of issues which they may have experience with their equipment in a way which is beneficial to the customer as well as Schneider Electric.
• Must comply with all safety policies, practices, procedures and Cybersecurity
• Analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, different problems on our equipment and provide appropriated answer.
• Use all digital tools designed for SE FSR
• Advise customers on different opportunities to optimize its installed base and create lead generation business opportunities
• Perform Field Service Operations by providing best in class customer experience and promote Schneider Electric
  
  

Qualifications

Who you are

Your Education And Experience

• Professional bachelor in cooling or equivalent by experience
• Certified for working on cooling equipment (level III or IV)
• Knowledge on legal cooling regulations for Belgium
• Strong and demonstrable customer skills
• Safety mindset
• Bilingual DUTCH/FRENCH and knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of MS Office and being computer literate
• Good understanding of Schneider Electric
