The Full Stack Developer – Data Modeling/Analyst will support in the development and implementation of the Revenue Management BI Platform in order to provide the right information at the right time to the right people so that they can make the right decisions to drive revenue or more simply evolve from looking at data to information that makes you think and motivates you to do something. The Revenue Management BI Platform is developed within the parameters of the Radisson Hotel Group RevGen BI strategy.

This includes but is not limited to developing data models and dashboards in the BI Platform to support all RevGen areas including Rev Ops, Loyalty, Digital Marketing, Brands, Distribution and Sales. In addition, the Full Stack Developer – Data Modeling will provide functional support to the BI & Analytics team to grow internal front-end development and data modeling skills.

Roles/Responsibilities
Front-end reports implementation - Create and implement required Revenue Management BI reports and dashboards using Javascript / Angular programming languages; work with the Development BI team to improve application UI/UX and implement requirements; prototype new application modules. 50%
Back-end data modeling and analysis - Work together with the Data BI team to develop data models based on reports specifications; be the point of reference in the BI team for all data related processes, from models definition to implementation and data support; be the liaison between the Development and the Data team in ensuring a consistent approach to data management is in place 50%

A successful candidate has a thorough knowledge of database concepts and relational databases (e.g. MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, ClickHouse). He / she has experience with web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, LESS/SASS) and scripting languages (Angular, NodeJS). He / she has hands-on experience in writing clean, structured and maintainable code as well as cross-browser compatible code (+ mobile); has a solid background working with Git or other versioning systems and creating relevant documentation. A successful candidate is passionate about data and web development and keeps up to date with the latest trends. He / she is creative, an out-of-the-box thinker and able to work in an agile development environment. He / she is able to communicate with different tech teams and he /she is a true team player. Can communicate openly and clearly both verbally and in writing and pitches information at the appropriate level. Is self-reliant, working with minimal control and direction.
