Your mission

As Functional Analyst, you clearly identify the problems that the business are experiencing and/or the business requirements and maps out possible solutions that can be developed and integrated in the enterprise production environment. You investigate costs and benefits and consequently design the chosen solution in detail, defining exactly what it should look like, which data are involved, and which processes are supported.


What you’ll be doing
  • You are the connecting factor between the business and the pragmatic IT world.

  • Track down customer needs and requirements through workshops and surveys, and through your sensitivity and communication skills, make sure you can present a complete set of requirements.
  • Explain the functionalities and coordinate the development process.
  • Make sure that all user needs and wishes are implemented correctly.
  • Define functional and technical requirements for digital flows
  • Document technical solutions based on architecture and requirements
  • Help refine IT architecture
  • Formalize functional / technical documentation and business analysis
Desired skills and qualifications
  • Proven relevant experience (5 years or more).
  • Fluent English speaker with an excellent command of Dutch / French (written and spoken).
  • You have a good knowledge of common UML notations (classes, sequence & activity diagrams) and methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, ...
  • You have Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) knowledge
