Job Title: General Manager

Salary: around €6,000 per month + bonus + many benefits

Location: Blankenberge, Belgium

This international company with sites all around the Globe is looking for a General Manager for one of their leisure sites in Blakenberge, Belgium! They pride themselves on being one of the most successful businesses within the leisure and entertainment sector. Tasks

  • Management of the team of around13-20 people; making sure they are motivated and well-trained
  • Ensure the highest level of service, cleanliness, technical operation, and safety
  • Creation ofbudgets and forecasts, as well as, analysis of Profit and Loss reports
  • Reaching successful thetargets and putting action plans in place to do so
  • Realizing projects in terms of EBITDA
  • Beware of the seasonality of the outlet and create strategies to overcome the lowest months
  • Reporting to the Regional Director for EMEA

The successful candidate

  • Managerial experience from anoperations point of view (hospitality, cinema, theatre, visitor attraction, leisure venue etc).
  • Strong Human Resources experience from hiring to appraisals and scheduling.
  • Experience managingoperations of around €2M revenue or more
  • Passionate andpositive mindset
  • Excellent decision-making in terms ofmarketing and revenue strategies
  • Very guest-oriented and constantly exceed their expectations.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch are a must.
