Job Purpose and Impact

Cargill (Biodindustrial) has entered into an agreement to acquire Croda’s industrial business, a global leader in high performance and bio-based specialty additives. Upon approval (target July 2022), Cargill will welcome a global business with production facilities throughout Europe and Asia, thousands of new products to add to its portfolio and nearly 1,000 employees in 21 countries, doubling our current CBI employee base. The acquisition is Cargill Bioindustrial’s largest yet and a major milestone in CBI’s growth journey and a sign of Cargill’s dedication to grow in the Bioindustrial space.

Cargill BioIndustrial needs a Global Change Communication & Education Lead (CCE Lead) to support the significant changes that our business will undertake to integrate people, processes and data on our ERP, SAP TC2. The CCE Lead role plays a pivotal role through all phases in the SAP integration in alignment of the system and processes to the people in the future organization structure for BioIndustrial. The ability to develop an understanding of interdependencies across Process Areas and translating the impacts for senior leaders is a critical skill for success in this role.

CCE Lead provides Change leadership, coach and guide core project team members and will interact with Senior leaders. The CCE Lead is accountable to deliver on key milestones in each phase of the SAP Transformation project and will keep informed on internal integration issues for project impacts.

Key Accountabilities

• Develop and execute a change management strategy, playing a critical role in communicating an integrated and coordinated view across the various pieces of the initiative, leading as a business partner by fully participating in discussions to ensure optimal deployment.
• Develop and maintain robust change management tools and templates to activate the change strategy and accelerate change management activities for application across our change initiatives.
• Develop, revise and operate a best in class change management capability that will account for disruptive change to the operating model and effectively capture the value creation for the organization.
• Understand business and project objectives and define and monitor performance and service quality metrics.
• Create an open forum for employees to ask questions and share content or thoughts and respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly.
• Engage and enable all stakeholders and individuals impacted by the change to deliver key messages and engagement opportunities in ways that resonate within the company culture.
• Collaboratively partner with Equus HR Change Manager and HR Integration Lead to ensure internal messages are consistent across all mediums and influence stakeholders as needed to ensure change plans are compelling and aligned with our desired tone and create a network of change champions.

• Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems. You may provide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.
  

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• An effective and persuasive communicator with the ability to simplify messaging
• Confirmed experience leading and delivering multiple, complex, enterprise wide change management programs
• Minimum of six years of related work experience
• Other minimum qualifications may apply
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year University degree in business, communications, organizational effectiveness or equivalent experience and 7+ years of work experience in change, communications, team coaching, or related field; advanced knowledge of coaching methods and processes
• Work experience in large scale business transformation projects or IT deployment projects
• Ability to influence and build trust, relationships and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including senior leadership
• Ability to frame the change message and facilitate difficult discussion if needed with stakeholders including senior leadership
• Ability to manage conflict for positive outcomes
• Ability to develop and build change management capability across a network of Business Leaders, Site Leads and Business Change agents and operational Super Users
• Very strong ability and appetite to learn and apply new concepts
