The Global Partner Leader I, will provide customer expertise to build the company brand with key customer decision makers while influencing internal stakeholders to create a differentiated experience and improve top line growth. In this role, you will be the primary global contact to proactively bring the voice of the customer across the organization and champion customer driven growth, working with global account teams to deliver service, quality, insights and innovations that help our customers win in their markets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Develop innovation, solutions and insights aligned with customer strategy and direction providing expertise in creating value with our customers, taking a customer centric approach and a full understanding of key customer business issues, operating model, investments and response to market trends.
Drive a focused customer strategy with a long term view on customer relationships and opportunities, recommend investments and enhance the brand, and drive account growth and profitability that meets or exceeds guidelines and approved strategic pricing goals and safeguards margins and volumes.
Manage a single account across many businesses and ensure strong collaborations to deliver maximum long term strategic value for the customer, building strong networks across the enterprise and partnerships with commercial leaders to achieve continued growth of offerings with the customer.
Create and implement work processes that forge highly productive working relationships with customer and executive stakeholders, gaining a clear understanding of customer needs and delivering superior service and customer satisfaction in line with organizational costs to serve.
Provide processes and budget execution including financial metrics that support the customer’s scorecard strategies, promote positive sales growth and routinely evaluate spending for effectiveness, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity of spending and executional excellence.
Build a global, cross category opportunity pipeline, tapping into solutions across the organization and leverage a full view of the breadth of products and services being delivered to the customer and actively explore traditional and nontraditional levers of value creation.
Lead through influencing the global account team to generate strategic long term relationships to drive top line growth with a clear focus on driving contribution margin and delivering sales return on investments, having joint accountability for account capital projects and growth initiatives.
Provide mid- to long-term (three or more years) strategic leadership, development and talent management for multiple teams of directors and managers. You will develop mid- to long-term plans to optimize the organization, function or subfunction and the talent required to execute strategies in job area. You will inspire others by articulating the positive impact the organization can make, while creating an environment in which people know where they stand, including when they are performing poorly.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Confirmed record of delivering differentiated growth by driving market penetration with a specific account
Experience translating customer and consumer data into differentiated commercial strategies and codeveloped business plans
Analytical skills to put together a full picture customer needs from complex and multi dimensional sources of information
Experience successfully growing a customer account through influence in a complex organizational environment
Experience working cross functionally to leverage and integrate offerings to grow customer business
Planning skills to incorporate changes or trends in current and future external landscapes
Experience fostering new professional relationships with customers
Minimum 10 years of directly related work experience, minimum 7 years of supervisory experience

Develop and implement commercial strategy to support enterprise and group strategy, including optimizing key account relationships, exploring business growth opportunities and developing pricing strategy.
Identify the capabilities needed to meet the current and emerging business needs for defined markets, establish and implement commercial succession planning, embed personal development and the fulfillment of personal potential in the culture of the organization.
Develop and nurture key account relationships, identifying priorities, issues and strategic challenges and establish process planning to enable critical customer prioritization.
