For TME Graduate positionswe are targeting recent University Graduates (less than 18 months of experience excluding internships)

Your Profile:
  • You have a relevant Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Business or Economics.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English, speaking and writing (TME business language), Any other language is an asset.
  • You are a very good teamplayer and stress resistant.
  • You have good knowledge/experience of computer skills (MS Office / Access).
  • Data Warehousing systems AS400 or Oracle Transportation Module is an asset.

Your team and your responsibilities:
Transportation Operations team is responsible and in charge of follow-up & control all TPCE’s transport arrivals/departures and on site yard flows & capacity ensuring agreed KPI performance.

  • You guarantee, through monitoring the prepared planned truck schedules, on time arrival and departure of both trucks/drivers as well as Yard and Shunt capacity planning and control through the OTM Transport Management Schedule.
  • You support in optimising the transportation documentation process such as Invoices / CMR’s / pre-advices / mails.
  • You support in optimising the accurate handling of customs and hazmat related shipping documentation.
  • You have daily contact with internal stakeholders and logistics partners to drive continuous improvement to drive up the overall performance of the Transport Organisation.
  • You are in daily contact with our warehouse operations, supply and customer support divisions.
  • You follow-up and report, through daily transportation briefing, on set and agreed KPI’s.
