A key component of our strategy is to help SMEs implement and manage a flexible mobility plan. To execute our mission, we’re looking for a Growth Manager to build a repeatable and scalable inbound growth engine.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Growth Manager. Someone who is ready to build a repeatable and scalable inbound growth engine for our SME segment.

We strongly believe that inbound marketing is the key lever to our growth. It is at the heart of our strategy we want to build for the coming years and we want someone who believes he/she can make it happen!

About you

  • Future founder: you have the ambition of becoming an entrepreneur one day
  • Tech-savvy: is not just a fancy word, it’s part of who you are
  • Resourceful: comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You’re not afraid to go beyond your job description
  • Independent: highly proactive and independent. You’ll be in charge
  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a SaaS-environment
  • Pirate metrics are your cup of tea and Sean Ellis secretly is your guru
  • Excellent knowledge of the full G-Suite: SEO, SEA & Google Dashboard, etc.
  • Experience with Hubspot
  • Bonus: you are experienced with Amplitude or Mixpanel
  • Fully proficient in Dutch, French and English
What will you do?

As a Growth Manager, you’ll:

  • own the acquisition and activation part of the customer journey
  • work closely with the Product team to improve Growth results
  • implement successful inbound marketing campaigns towards SMEs to drive sales
  • grow the performance of organic acquisition channels (read: SEO)
  • set up SEA campaigns and optimizations (Google Ads)
  • uncover, leverage, and hack new channels to further accelerate growth
  • deeply understand our customers, their segmentation and different use cases
  • analyze website performance (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
  • create inspiring & educational content about the mobility jungle (no worries, you’re not alone in this, it’s an important KPI for the full growth team)
