As Head of Recruitment, People Development & Talent Western Region, you will lead the Centre of Expertise (approx. 18 FTE), responsible for developing and executing the strategy for Talent Acquisition, Development and Talent Management across the Western Region. You will support our digital transformation program and TUI’s strategic objectives by optimising organisational, team and individual performance, putting employees at the heart of everything we do.

About The Job
  • Leading the strategic planning and implementation of the Western Region Talent and Learning portfolio, which includes: Talent Acquisition, Employee Listening & Engagement, Talent Management, Leadership, Learning & Development and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI). The main focus of this role is Belgium and the Netherlands. For France you play a more supportive and coordinating role;
  • Strengthening our local Employer Value Proposition as part of the relaunch of the global Employer Branding strategy and promoting TUI internally and externally as an ‘Employer of Choice’;
  • Leading the Western Region Talent Review process which ensures alignment between people skills & capabilities and strategy;
  • Facilitating talent panels at the senior leadership and board level and creating an agile ‘internal talent market’ which enables continued development;
  • Designing and delivering learning activities in close cooperation with the Markets & Global CoE colleagues;
  • Championing DEI across the business; strengthening and implementing our strategy and initiatives at all levels;
  • Partnering with Markets & Global CoE to review and align programs & processes across the TUI Group;
  • Report to the Head of Talent Markets & Airlines and HR Director Markets & Airlines. Member of the international Talent Leadership Team Market & Airlines.

About You
  • Relevant experience in designing and delivering Talent, People Development and Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI) strategies;
  • Experience in leading international, cross functional teams and projects;
  • Track record in delivering major programs & projects in an international matrix organization;
  • Decision maker with strong business acumen;
  • Out-of-the-box thinker and able to provide new perspectives to develop and improve Talent, People Development & Culture on a continuous basis;
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills;
  • Fluent language skills in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
