HEAD OF SOFTWARE- Job description

  • As the team lead you are the driving force behind an experienced team consisting of 3 talented developers and a product owner. They primarily focus on the integration between IoT devicesand the Cloud.
  • You have the expertise to support and assist your team whenever necessary. Additionally, you excel at motivating the team like no other! You will also remain hands-on, dedicating approximately 30% of your time to technical tasks.
  • Lastly, you are the visionary leader who elevates technological solutions to a higher level!

Profiles


HEAD OF SOFTWARE- Profile

  • You already have several years of experience as a developer under your belt and can lead a team. Ideally you also have some team lead experience!
  • You have acquired asolid amount of knowledge in some of the following Java, Cloud, Linux, Raspberry Pi, AI and IoT.
  • Lastly, you are a true leader and coach who can hold their own! Of course, you are communicative and can speak English fluently!
