Entourage is an integrated venture studio that builds and funds the next generation of B2B SaaS companies. We combine a Venture Studio (Entourage Studio) with a Venture Capital fund (Entourage Capital). To further our mission, we are in search of a Head of Talent to identify, engage and manage the talent in our studio and its portfolio companies.

As Head Of Marketing, Your Main Responsibilities Include

  • Identification and Engagement: Discover and reach out to potential talent in tech, ensuring a pipeline of high-quality candidates for our ventures.
  • Networking and Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with key talent pools, leveraging networks to access the best individuals in the industry.
  • Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, identifying skill gaps and emerging roles within the B2B SaaS landscape.
  • Collaboration with Founders: Work closely with our venture founders to understand their talent needs, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals.

Requirements

  • Experience working at a tech startup.
  • Excellent communication (English) and networking skills.
  • Proven track record in talent scouting or recruitment, preferably in technology or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, HR, psychology, or related field, with preference for certifications in recruitment or talent management.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Effective team player who can adapt quickly to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent acquisition.
