    The Hospitality team of the General Secretariat is responsible for the day-to-day administrative management and operational support of the Bank’s internal HQ event zones (auditoria and management meeting rooms).
    To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Hospitality Coordinator who will be responsible for the practical organisation and hosting of events and meetings, a.o. in the brand new Seminar Centre of the Nieuwe Warandeberg.
    We offer a real professional challenge and a very intensive, but fascinating and varied job;
    This service-oriented position is also very interesting on a relational level, as you will be in daily contact with numerous internal and external customers, as well as external suppliers.
    You ensure perfect availability of the meeting rooms and event zones on the day of the event by managing/coordinating the various service providers (caterers, cleaning, facility, multimedia, security, setup, etc.) in accordance with the wishes of the internal or external customer.
    You are the contact person for the logistical partners during the build-up and breakdown of an event
    You know the buildings/internal event zones like the back of your hand.
    You take care of the aftercare/maintenance of the internal event zones (cleaning, reporting defects, inventory and maintenance of furniture, etc....)

    Bachelor or Master degree A background in communications or events is a plus but not a requirement for applying. Experience in the catering business is a plus

    Mandatory:
    Experience in hospitality
    Feeling with catering

    You preferably have a bachelor degree. A background in communications or events is a plus but not a requirement for applying. Experience in the catering business is a plus
    Technical knowledge to set up a hybrid meeting is an asset
    You are dynamic, enthusiastic, very creative and have a positive attitude. Out-of-the-box thinking is an indispensable quality.
    you are a team player with strong communication skills
    You are very discreet and tactful
    You are very structured and organised, you can multi-task with an eye for detail and respect deadlines.
    You are well bilingual French/Dutch, so you can communicate daily with our internal customers and our numerous suppliers. Good knowledge of English is a plus.
    You have absolutely no "9 to 5" mentality and you are very flexible and prepared to work occasionally outside the usual working hours
    Teleworking (administrative preparation of your files) is one of the possibilities
    You have a driving license type B
    You work full time, 90% or 80%
