OUR CLIENT

GIMBER is a successful Belgian scale-up located near Brussels. The product itself is an alcohol-free drink based on organic ginger and herbs. It turns your water into gold, you can use it to make a delicious mocktail or cocktail, or you can use it for cooking. They grew to 65 employees in 2 years (!), and are still looking for new talent to join the G-Team.
JOB DESCRIPTION

As the HR Assistant, you will be the key support of the HR department. Your tasks will include: drawing up and checking contracts of new employees, creating and maintaining the e-personnel files, carrying out the insurance registrations, preparing annexes, keeping track of the fleet, and many more.

This role requires a high amount of discretion and is very employee focused. With your proactive, hands-on and organised way of working, you will execute your extensive range of responsibilities effortlessly. Having a varied role and a major impact within the company will certainly not be missing!

*PROFILE

  • You have a professional bachelor’s degree in HR
  • Knowledge of Dutch, French and English (at least fully proficient)
  • GIMBER personality: excellent interpersonal skills, stress resistant, well structured and organized, positive vibes, entrepreneurial minded and can work independently
  • A background in social/organizational law is definitely an added value!
  • Most importantly, you have strong administrative skills!
