We are currently looking for an HR Business Partner to join a worldwide media company located in the Flemish Brabant.

Our client, a worldwide media company with a familial agency in the Flemish Brabant is currently hiring a HR Business Partner to be a part of the daily recruitment, management, engagement and development of the company culture, values and staffing and provide an HR strategic support with the line management to achieve the common goals.

Function :

  • Recruitment, Selection & Onboarding
  • Implementation of new performance management tools
  • Improvement of the employer branding
  • Training & Development
  • Assure and maintain the well-being of the employees
  • Helping to develop and improve the business

Profile :

  • At least a bachelor in HR or similar field
  • An good previous experience in a similar role (Consultant in an agency or internal HR Function )
  • You speak French & Dutch
