We are searching for a HR Business Partner, who can make a positive difference to the GSF Vaccines employee experience, based in Wavre, Belgium. Come and join us! Together we can serve the patients around the world to do more, feel better and live longer!

The Global Support Fonction HR Business Partner (GSF HR BP will partner with the business to effectively execute the people plan, leveraging local context and expertise by delivering HR services in line our new One HR service delivery model, fully leveraging their partnership with People Services team and across OneHR.

The role will report to the UK Country Head and work closely with HR Business Leaders, to support Global Support Functions in Vaccines, Belgium, as a trusted partner to the business to drive business change, impact in talent, leadership, culture and capability. The role is agile and flexible to support peaks in demand, projects or initiatives.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

  • Be a trusted and agile HR partner to leaders to drive GSF’s people agenda and deliver against IPTc priorities, holding a strong understanding of the GSF Vaccines business
  • You will hold an excellent understanding of our new OneHR model to coach and develop line managers to deliver business priorities supported by local policies, processes and new ways of working
  • Develop pragmatic solutions to address complex local business issues and leveraging wider OneHR Resources to support delivery
  • Diagnose and/or deliver change projects in line with the HR agenda
  • Coach leaders to increase diversity through recruitment and talent management
  • Partner with Employee Relations to resolve high risk ER issues
  • Utilise digital, data and analytics tools and processes to gain forward looking insights to diagnose issues and inform execution of the people strategy;
  • Be disciplined in reducing customisation and champion our investment in new technology, regional hubs, standardised tools and processes within HR and with the business.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You have degree level education in HR or equivalent qualification or experience in HR related disciplines with experience of operating in an environment of change.
  • You have the ability to negotiate and to influence requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills particularly with in all level of the organization and interactions with Business Leaders. You have the capability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels within the business.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • You have the ability to act as an internal consultant (diagnosis, coaching, workshops and training facilitation)
  • You demonstrate high level of ethic and integrity
  • You have a smart mix of intelligence and sensitivity dealing with people
