As we continue to grow at Addestino, we would like to further strengthen our team of three HR Business Partners. Addestino is a Belgian consulting firm and has a track-record in turning technology into business success. Our unparalleled consultants are all top graduates blending in as Special Forces with our customers across Flanders. They provide pragmatic solutions to innovation & transformation challenges.

The Challenge

Your tasks will consist of

· Talent acquisition (hunting & selection)

o Reaching out to new applicants, maintaining our established network and managing the application process from A to Z.

· Employer branding (communication, social media, website, events etc.)

o Including project management of current affairs, content creation, as well as strategic input to further develop our strategies.

· Training & development

o Creating new training tracks, building up an annual training calendar, designing training courses, managing evaluations, etc.

· Career management & retention

o Onboarding, coaching, project follow-ups, etc.

· Support on other projects within the HR-team

o Supporting colleagues in the various ongoing projects and developing new proposals yourself

o Organizing events, GDPR-projects, organizing international team events, designing a remuneration policy etc.

Your Profile

· Higher academic education (Master) with a background in Psychology, Communication, HRM and Organizational Management etc.

· Fluent in Dutch and English

· By preference 1 – 5 years of relevant working experience

· Strong interest in employer branding and recruiting

· You have a flexible mindset and come up with ideas proactively. You always take a critical look at things and have a winner’s mentality.

· Eagerness to learn new skills

Location

Our head office is located in Zele. There are flexible possibilities towards working from home and a new office in Leuven will be opened soon.
