Yad2.What We Do In People And Organisation TeamThe People and Organisation team has a central role in achieving the business objectives by providing the best possible experience for employees throughout their life cycle.As a People & Organisation Business Partner, you will join the Aviv Belgium P&O team. You will be positioned as a partner to the business of approximately 150 employees based in Belgium.Job DescriptionMore specifically, your missions will be the following:You are the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing them advice over various HR topics.You detect and initiate improvement initiatives for HR processesAs a real coach, you will support and raise awareness of good HR practices among managers and employees (evaluation, performance monitoring of their teams and HR development)You will support the P&O function with the implementation of the advanced modules for a new HCM system (Workday) , and other P&O transformation projectsApplication of group and local HR policiesIn close collaboration with the People & Organisation teams in the Group , you will be responsible for contributing to and implementing for Immoweb and your client groups:
  • Rewards and Performance Management initiatives such as evaluation campaigns (annual review process...)
  • Learning & Development initiatives (e.g. career paths and internal mobility processes
  • Employee Engagement and Experience
You ensure smooth personnel administration (daily back-office tasks: collecting and processing documents, drafting communication, organisation charts, etc.)You deliver periodic reports within the set deadlines and draft ad-hoc reportsQualificationsYour profile
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree and you have minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
  • You have a fluent level of English and French, Dutch is an asset
  • A first experience with the HCM software “Workday”
  • You have a good knowledge of the Belgian labor law
  • You are social and you love having fun at work
  • You are eager to learn, rigorous, detail- and solution-oriented
  • You are able to work in a fast-paced & international environment;
  • You have very good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • You are able to work autonomously but you also like to work as a team.
