Naturally, you will stay abreast of evolutions and developments within the HR field, so that you can not only strengthen your expertise, but also provide socio-legal support to employees, colleagues and management based on up-to-date knowledge. You will report to the Director General Affairs and work closely with the other Managers of various divisions. In addition, your responsibilities include further rolling out the optimisation of the payroll policy and coordinating the payroll process (including managing employees for Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal).

Requirements

• Preferably hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent through accumulated experience within the field.
• Experience in a generalist HR role with several years of expertise in both soft HR and hard HR (compensation & benefits/payroll). Experience with international payroll (including expats) is a plus.
• Acting with integrity and consistency come naturally to you. You have strong analytical skills and can quickly put things in context.
• Accuracy and organisational skills are your strong points.
• You are characterised by resistance to stress and keeping an overview.
• Proactive and inquisitive personality, with a hands-on and no-nonsense attitude.
• Proficient in the use of common Office packages, with excellent practical knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent communication in both Dutch and English.
