Your impact:

• Implement an employer branding plan and related budget and timeline with all the relevant stakeholders
• Create a consistent and authentic company image, in line with our strategy & values in order to improve our external brand image and boost our brand awareness amongst potential candidate.
• Look for synergies with recruitment, internal communication and marketing. Let’s harmonize the company communication.
• Create content - publish and manage the external Alpega social media channels
• Work in collaboration with the HR team in promoting Alpega internally through communication initiatives
• Enhance the internal and external positioning of the Alpega community
• Organize specific initiatives to boost internal and external communications
• Storytelling and thought messaging
  

We have a match if you…

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in strategic communications, marketing, journalism, human resources, or related field of study
• 2-3 years of relevant communications/marketing experience and actively involved in HR marketing projects is a plus
• Experience with various digital and social media platforms – social media community engagement and running communication campaigns
• Have a creative mindset and the ability to translate an idea into a message.
• Experience in Copy-writing & Design (Adobe suite or any other equivalent) and with WordPress and basic HTML
• Profound written and spoken communication skills in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and experimentation
• A good learning agility and good stakeholder management
