The HR Project Lead will play an integral role in overseeing delivery of HR-projects in the domain of Talent & Organizational Development. Reporting to the HR Director Talent, Leadership & Organizational Development, and working closely with the global HR team and some business stakeholders, the role will give you the opportunity to gain knowledge of HR processes and best practices in combination with a clear growth path in projectmanagement.
Key accountabilities
As HR Project Manager in the domain of Talent and Organizational Development, you plan, launch, manage, and complete projects to boost HR effectiveness in an organization:
- Formulating a project charter & designing a projectplan
- Launching & coordinating projects
- Communicating progress across the HR Team and other stakeholders
- Ensuring result delivery on time, spec, and budget
- Closing out projects
- Running lessons learned procedures
- Identifying HR improvement opportunities
Current projects
- Competence management and skill gap analysis
- Headcount forecasting and planning
- Talent Review and Succession Planning
- Performance & Merit Review and Frequent Feedback Check-ins
Your profile
- A practical understanding and first insights in key HR processes and practices and in project management.
- Data savvy and experience in relevant office applications, most notably Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ready and able to take initiative and identify where value can be added.
- A critical thinker with good analytical and problem-solving skills with consideration to the broader impact of decisions and actions
- Your curiosity and desire for excellence fuels your focus on continuous improvement
- You have a sense of ownership and the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently
- Working in an international setting excites you
- Languages: fluent in English
