The Job

Unchained Labs is looking for an International HR Manager to join our Human Resources team! In partnership with the US HR team and the local leadership, the international HR Manager will manage all aspects of international HR including employee relations, development, and implementation of people-related programs. This role would be in our Ghent, Belgium office.

Responsibilities

· Lead European HR programs such as hiring, onboarding and offboarding, and compliance

· Manage all European employee relations matters and support local employees

· Provide recruiting team support as needed, including creation of employment contracts

· Ensure an amazing employee experience

· Oversee the set-up and registration of new countries, as needed

· Liaison with local vendors, such as SD Worx or legal counsel

· Point of contact for all employee-related questions, such as benefits and pay

· Partner with Europe Finance teams

· Work on global projects as needed

Qualifications

· Experience in working with employees located in multiple European countries

· General understanding of employment and labour laws

· Excellent organization skills and attention to detail

· Experience with various HR systems

· Must be a team play and work independently

· Excellent communication (oral and written) skills

· 5+ years of Human Resource experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing company
