Role Overview

As the IAM Migration Lead, you will play a crucial role in delivering the IDAM Migration & Adoption project, serving as the lead architect. Your responsibilities include analysing, designing, and executing a migration plan to integrate applications into the newly configured IAM system. You’ll work closely with various domains and external suppliers to design secure solutions, document them, test in our environment, and ensure formal testing stages are completed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, and execute a migration plan for the IAM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external suppliers to gather requirements and design optimal solutions.
  • Document solutions in Euroclear standard templates and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Test solutions in the test environment and ensure formal testing with internal customers.
  • Perform handovers with the Operations Team, including training, knowledge sharing, and providing support.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify and mitigate security risks during analysis and design.
  • Proactively manage change to ensure solution adoption.
  • Consider process and control impacts based on the designed solution.
  • Make recommendations and implement agreed enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with Euroclear’s regulatory requirements.

Skills And Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience implementing Sailpoint IIQ (Identity IQ) and CyberArk solutions.
  • Expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
  • Expert knowledge in one or more technology platforms: Windows, Unix, Network, Office/End User technologies, Mainframe, Tandem, or Middleware.
  • Professional certification (CISSP, CISM, CISA) is a plus.
  • Creative and able to see the bigger picture when designing solutions.
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset.

  • Strong teamwork ethos.
  • Effective communicator (verbal and written) with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to adapt to continuous change and drive continuous improvements.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and able to create high-quality solutions.

Language Requirement

  • Fluent in English (both speaking and writing).
