ALD Automotive and Leaseplan are now together.

We are currently looking for a driven, experienced and enthusiastic Change Manager, who can engage the organization in this change journey. (Project of min 1.5 year).

The Change Manager will have a strong strategic role who will coordinate, control, monitor the change management activities of different streams within the merger of ALD and LeasePlan. He/ She will be a driver of change, passionate about helping people to adapt to this organizational change.

In this role, he/she will be part of our ambitious, open-minded, diverse, project team and work closely with the head of Transformation Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a change management plan
  • Working with the change management team/ the different project managers and key stake holders- to ensure the alignment of changes with company strategy
  • Support / engage and challenge project managers
  • Coordinating with other departments to successfully implement the changes
  • Monitoring the progress of change management and adjusting if needed
  • Stand next to employees on the field and evaluating the impact of changes on them
  • Manage resistance to change, prevent potential risks related to change management
  • Providing feedback to the project management team about the effectiveness of changes
  • Creating effective strategies to minimize employee resistance to change
  • Tracking the progress of a change initiative and modifying the plan as needed
  • Track /report issues and define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Your profile

  • Proven in depth Senior experience as a Change manager in a merger/ acquisition or transformation, mostly on the people side
  • Senior Leadership skills – able to influence stakeholders in written and oral communications (NL/FR/ENG)
  • Knowledge of using a variety of change management methodologies e.g., Proscii (ADKAR certified) is an asset
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous and complex situations
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through other
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic business environment.
