Our client, a Belgian FMCG group near Gent, is urgently looking for a self-employed Interim Manager as Senior Brand Manager for a period of 4 to 6 months.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • You will ensure the full role of Senior Brand Manager for one of the premium brands of the group
  • Your goal is to ensure growth of your product group, the turnover, margin, and market position
  • You develop expertise and insights in your product, develop a clear vision, a strategy and planning and ensure the implementation and execution
  • You will conduct Market research and analyse the product category, the competition, clients and result of certain actions
  • Recommending and supervising budget allocation
  • You will ensure the full commercial support of actions in the media , promotions, packaging changes etc and you will communicate proactively with the sales teams and external stakeholders
  • You will interact wit the global Marketing team for some international rollouts
  • You proactively interact with the category managers to integrate their client observations into your strategy and plans
  • You supervise and coach a junior Brand Manager and together you form a team to achieve the brands growth

The key qualifications required for this interim Senior Brand management job:

The Interim Manager has minimum 8 years experience in Brand Management and has an experience in the FMCG sector. He/she has strong communication and collaboration skills, is a go-getter and a creative and autonomous project manager.The ideal candidate is solution oriented, pro-active & a team player. He/she is fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is an asset. The perfect candidate is available before mid October.
