Today, with our joint ventures in Paris, Lisbon and Athens we are already active in Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Portugal, Greece, Romania, Cyprus, Albania, Bulgaria and Turkey.For the expansion of our activities throughout Europe we are recruiting aInternational Business Development and Sales DirectorWith a passion for business development andwell-being strategies in organisationsAs International Business Development Director, your goal is to be present in all European countries. You will achieve this by concluding joint ventures, small acquisitions or through strategic partnerships.As International Sales Director you will identify the needs of prospects and clients, develop appropriate service offers and win new European accounts.To realise this, you will manage and coordinate a small team of highly-skilled people. You are responsible for European proposals, new business models, contracts, reports, billing,…The day-to-day operational work will be carried out by the partners in the different countries with whom you will be working very closely.You will follow all evolutions in the field of well-being at work, and thus continuously define commercial strategy and adapt business development strategies.
  • Master’s Degree
  • Solid experience in Health Management Business or Human Resources (at least 5 years of experience)
  • Very good language skills (Must: English plus French or German)
  • International experience is a must
  • Strong experience in business development and outspoken entrepreneurial skills
  • Strong communication and commercial skills
