OverviewKemin Biologics is in search for anInternational Finance Manager.The International Finance Manager will have the responsibility for ensuring that Kemin Biologics is in compliance with financial legislation as well as the Kemin Worldwide Accounting Manual. You will act as a senior financial partner with the senior leaders of the business in order to grow the business, and provide a balance between operational financial and strategic financial support.   • Handle all issues for month end close, ensuring financials sent on time and accurately
  • Handle complex issues and present to Finance Director as needed, with potential solutions
  • Offer guidance, advice to the MEVAC finance team
  • Manage the annual budget process
  • Proactively conduct and present analysis (manufacturing, sales margins, cost analysis, financial analysis, trending analysis,…) on a monthly or ad-hoc basis to the Executive, Sales or Finance team
  • Internal Controls and Business Processes Optimization, in close co-operation with Internal Audit as working with external auditors when requested
  • Daily treasury decisions to optimize the cash at hand on the bank accounts of Kemin Biologics.
  • Intercompany balance confirmations (actuals, forecast and budget)
  • Monitor sales, margin and opex performance and formulate recommendations to accelerate profitable business growth

  • Master / Bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills oral and written in English and Arabic
  • Strategic – analytical thinker
  • Knowledge of accounting principles
  • Pro-active – Hands-on – agile person
  • Able to communicate with different cultures and personalities
  • Result driven, likes to take initiative
  • Well organized and accurate
  • Flexible in adjusting to organizational needs
  • Will be able to travel
