Your Profile:
  • Master in Product & Marketing, Business development with interest in Automotive sector
  • Fluent in English and ideally in French (for Paris 2024 relation)
  • Motivated, organized, flexible
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Competence in MS Office products especially PowerPoint, Word & Excel
  • Be able to work autonomously
  • Strong problem solving skills with capability to adapt to new challenges and projects

Your team and your responsibilities:
The Intern will work in the Advanced Mobility Team, part of TME Olympic and Paralympic Department (OPD).
OPD role is to create and implement Toyota Advanced Mobility vision for Paris 2024 Olympics & Paralympics. The Advanced Mobility Team coordinates the development and deployment of mobility solutions for the Olympics & Paralympics and beyond (Toyota e-Palette, APM, …).
The team key stakeholders are internal (R&D, Product planning, KINTO) and external (Paris 2024 organising committee and other Olympic & Paralympic partners).

Your project:
Support the Advanced Mobility team in the coordination and follow-up of projects with Olympic & Paralympic Partners. These projects relate to the development and implementation of mobility / marketing activities in the scope of the Paris 2024 Olympics.
More concretely, you will support the Mobility Manager in:
  • The development of the Advanced Mobility strategy for Paris 2024
  • Organising and coordinating the meetings with Olympic Partners (Orange, Intel, Visa,….)
  • Maintain and develop an overview of all Olympic partners & stakeholders
  • Assist Advanced Mobility Team in other projects (product development,…)
