IT Development Lead - Join a Dynamic Team

Your Role

Lead and coach 2 Java development teams, each comprising 5-6 developers and a QA tester. Collaborate with Business Solutions Experts and the Product Owner of the Frontend Development Team. Prioritize features from various projects and ensure accurate requirements. Monitor market trends, oversee technical backlogs, and engage with technical leads.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in IT or relevant field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading development teams in diverse environments.
  • Java development experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus).
