To strengthen our team, we are looking for a IT Field Operations Technician.

IT Operational Tasks:

  • Provide first line support for local users as well remote support for users in the region.
Hardware and software support in the location
Laptops, computers (imaging/reimaging), MFD maintenance and mobile
phones support.
  • Server / network equipment maintenance.
  • Resolve tickets received according to the KPIs
  • (Occasional) out of Office Hours support.
  • Fulfill the daily tasks coming from management, users and external sources in the area of direct responsibility for HW/SW related topics
  • Take appropriate measures, maintenance and updates of Configuration Items to assure Business continuity and Information Security
  • Participate on IT Hotline Service if required

IT Services & Projects:

  • Training of end-users; provision of technical support related to Infrastructure projects
  • Working closely with IT management to achieve organizational goals
  • Support and cooperation on IT Projects
  • cooperation on Business related Projects in IT area
  • Enforce IT security standards

IT administrative/technical tasks:

  • executes medium complex defined tasks in a variety of contexts, some of them non-routine
  • improves and adjusts existing methods based on experience

Support IT management for:
  • management of IT related Assets, assignment, inventory and their Lifecycle
  • ensuring software licensing laws are followed
  • SW auditing
