Working environment

As IT Governance Project Leader, you will be part of the IT Team and cover cross-functional activities such as IT financial management, license management and audit coordination. In this position, you report directly to the CIO and have the possibility to work closely with colleagues from the Volkswagen and AUDI Group. You are part of a diverse team with currently nine different nationalities, various cultural backgrounds and experiences and English as the common team language.

Your function

  • You will monitor the IT department’s purchase requests and expenses against the allocated IT budgets within the department, as well as at plant level.
  • You manage service level agreements (SLAs) with other group companies and redistribute related costs to other departments.
  • You manage the IT budget by establishing the necessary budgets for the following year based on current expenses and future needs.
  • You are responsible for License Management (monitoring, assessment, purchasing, reporting) for IT products, such as Office 365, Oracle, Windows Server, etc.
  • You are the IT contact person for ISO 9001 related activities of the Quality Management department, manage IT ISO 9001 processes and participate on internal audit activities.
  • You are the main IT contact person for the Audi and Volkswagen Group on all IT Governance topics.

Your profile

  • You hold a master degree in IT or similar or equivalent by experience.
  • You have more than 10 years of professional experience in different IT or IT interfaced areas.
  • You have a good knowledge of business processes, e.g. in financial management and (IT) governance.
  • You work very precisely and have an affinity for numbers and processes.
  • You enjoy working in an international context and are open to traveling abroad.
  • You speak French and/or Dutch and have good knowledge of English (oral and written). Knowledge in German is an asset.
