Job Description

PepsiCo Belgium is looking for an enthusiastic, service mindedIT Operations Internto join the team based in Zaventem for a period of 6 months starting from 1st of August 2022 till 3rd of February 2023.

As a local IT Operations/Field support Intern you will be responsible for supporting PepsiCo associates with IT related issues.

You will assist the local IT team with main activity tasks, such as rolling out PC’s, troubleshooting general issues, monitoring systems, providing first level support to PepsiCo associates. To make this role a success, you will need strong communication and social skills. You are proactive, resourceful and service oriented.

What will you learn throughout your internship?

You will work with tools like SCCM, Active Directory, MyIT Services, O365 and so much more. Troubleshoot and analyse technical issues, providing hands on solutions.

Collaborate with other teams to deliver new or ongoing projects.

Work with mobile device management and keep track of all our devices.

Next to this, you will be learning the following:
  • Use interaction and incident system to log, assign and escalate tickets 
  • Provide meeting room support
  • Provide technical advice to customers 
  • Troubleshoot and restore technical services and/or equipment issues  (onsite hands & feet)
  • Analyze, identify and diagnose faults and systems using defined processes and tools 
  • Serve as the key interface with the backline support teams to prevent problems, facilitate problem resolution, and provide overall outstanding customer services 
  • Create, follow & maintain new and existing processes & knowledge articles
  • Collaborate with different teams within & outside the IT teams
  • Support project activities from a local point of view.

Who are we looking for?
  • Is available for 6 months as of August 2022
  • Has a strong affinity & big interest with Information Technology & digitalization
  • Is independent, proactive and a problem Solver
  • Is a responsible team player with hands on approach
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Has good communication as well as social skills
  • Is eager to learn and adapt to new ways of working
  • Knowledge on MS tools (Office 365), Zoom, active directory & SCCM.
