IT Support Engineer - Your responsibilities:

As a support analyst, you will provide1st line phone and online support for incoming incidents on a daily basis
You will install, monitor andtest new equipment
You will need to handle users’ requestsand assist them in finding the right solution

IT Support Engineer - Your profile:

You are an ambitious problem solver, solution focusandgood communication skills
You have at least a first experience in Support 1st Line
You speak English
