As a System Engineer/Network Administrator, the aim of your job is to provide technical support for daily operations and take the lead in some projects in a complex, distributed computing environment. You perform a broad range of IT support services, to meet end-user requirements, in line with corporate procedures & standards.


What is your mission?

  • You manage incidents: tracking, resolving and managing end-user support.
  • You install, monitor, maintain, support, optimize, and document IT. You work on infrastructure, including PCs, virtualization platforms, wireless infrastructure, switches, routers, and others as required.
  • You take part, and sometimes take lead in local projects, using project management methodology.
  • You are the team specialist in networks & cloud solutions.
  • You demonstrate proficient knowledge of IT principles, practices, standards, technologies, and procedures.
  • You proactively anticipate and resolve problems, creating conditions and processes to support change.
  • You are process oriented with the ability to lead, follow through on projects, tasks, and reporting.
  • You perform complex analysis and complete tasks successfully in a timely manner.
  • You support IT management in developing best practice methods, processes and procedures for WAN/LAN and data center operations.
  • you monitor, maintain, and implement for ensuring appropriate backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
  • You communicate with employees at all levels, both within IT and outside of IT.
  • You participate in the standby role.

Who are you?

  • You are a quick learner, passionate about IT and someone who strives to deliver exceptional support to our internal customers.
  • You have good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
  • You are a team player and open to cultural diversity.
  • You have knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end user technical support (including remote desktop management tools).
  • You have solid knowledge of Cloud Solutions, Network, Active Directory, Office 365, Server administration (including Linux) and virtualization (XenServer), WAN and VoIP.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equal in experience
  • You have 5+ years of professional experience, of which 2+ years as IT Support.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a must.
  • ITIL, Microsoft and other certifications are a plus.
