Asasline has developed a range of costumed services for its clienteles in Europe. For In this regard, we offer various services in this geographical region as well as with other regions such as Africa, the Middle East and Asia.


Description of the function

Manage the accounts payable mailbox (receipt of digital invoices + payment reminders)

Classify and digitally store documents (invoices, credit notes, expense reports, company card expenses, etc.)

Encode invoices in line with Belgian accounting rules and internal procedures, particularly concerning analytical imputation

Follow invoice approvals by the various buyers internally, periodic meetings with the various departments

Follow payment reminders received from suppliers (documents received, statuses, encoding, etc.)

Participate in monthly statements (provision of invoices to be received)

Perform clearing of supplier accounts and supplier provision


Profile description

You speak Dutch or English,

You are in command of the Office Suite,

You are organized and adaptable.
