An interesting and excellent opportunity has arisen within Oxford Global Resources Belgium. We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and organised people person to help support our Healthcare and Site Support department (HSS).

What is very important to the team here in Oxford is to find the person with the right personality and commitment for this role. Our resident subject matter expert will train and support the right person giving them a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in this project management role.

You will learn to follow up on the daily business of the HSS department and you will be responsible for matching between client and study coordinators.

Following training, this role can be worked remotely with scheduled visits to the office.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for the hospitals, the pharmaceutical industry and our team of (freelance) study coordinators
  • Responsible for matching between client and study coordinators
  • Responsible for expanding our pool of freelance study nurses/study all over Belgium
  • Look at opportunities to train nurses in the principals of Clinical trials
  • Intake calls with (new) clients to discuss new opportunities and projects
  • Creating budget estimations for new projects
  • Project management: planning, staffing, issue resolution
  • Frequent contact with the team of internal stakeholders and (freelance) study coordinators
  • Defining the strategy of the HSS department in collaboration with the subject matter expert
  • Follow up on contracting and invoicing
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Time management, organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Languages: Dutch, French and English are essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills is a must
  • Creative, outgoing, energetic person with a demonstrable track record of exceeding goals
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proven knowledge of MS Office products
