To strengthen our internal Global Mobility (GM)Team (which is part of central HR), we are looking to recruit Junior Global Mobility Advisor

As a junior Global Mobility Advisor you advise on daily operational tasks and work on projects in order to contribute to the realization of the International Mobility and central HR objectives of the organization. You will:

  • Accurately and timely process the GM files allocated to you - in compliance with immigration, social and tax legislation. These files can be linked to international recruitments, assignments, project workers and new ways of working
  • Act as an HR Business Partner and provide advice to the business stakeholders in a customer oriented approach
  • Work on projects that result from the translation of the GM Strategy by providing ideas and solutions in the areas of expatriate strategy, process, policy, benchmarking and return on investment based upon own input and those of stakeholders
  • Keep yourself up to date by continuously following-up on the most recent developments and tendencies within your fields, in order to maximize your expert knowledge

Let’s Talk About You

  • You have knowledge of Belgian and international immigration, social security and/or taxation
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree with up to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • You are able to integrate information into tangible content, solve problems in an efficient manner and are very practical oriented
  • Furthermore, you are a true team player, contributing to the team efficiency and productivity
  • You have fluent communication skills in Dutch or French and English, both written and spoken
  • You have an good command of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
