An international thriving company located in Vilvoorde is looking for a Junior Payroll Officer to join their growing team. Are you structured, detail-oriented, already quite familiar with social legislation and salary administration and ready to take the next step in you career? Then you are the perfect candidate for this position!The Junior Payroll Officer Will Be Responsible For
  • Salary payment (sickness, holiday pay, etc.)
  • The preparation of social documents, follow-up of correspondence, etc
  • Training of new joiners in the payroll department
  • Answering daily telephone calls and emails from employers
  • Developing your knowledge on HR topics
Profile Of The Ideal Junior Payroll Officer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or equivalent by experience
  • A first relevant experience in Payroll
  • A very good knowledge of social legislation
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
  • Organisational skills
  • Structured and detail-oriented
