  • The quality engineer defines, localizes, initiates and co-ordinates actions which will result in improving the Quality of the Product.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the product and the internal quality system. Implement reviews and metrics to monitor for further improvements.
  • Coordination of incoming inspection, in-process and final product audits.
  • Initiation and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions after customer complaints or internal quality problems and foresees reports and feedback of QC results to the other departments.
  • Executes reporting and feedback of Q-figures towards the management and the different departments
  • Organizing and / or executing specialized tests.
  • Training of personnel with regards to Q-procedures, instructions and Q-tools as well as the continuous stimulation of the Q-philosophy.
