Job Description

PepsiCo Benelux is looking for an enthusiastic, independent and ambitious Lay’s Brand Marketing Intern to join the Marketing department based in Zaventem (BE) or Maarssen (NL), for a period of 6 months starting from August first 2022 till February 3rd 2023.

You will get the unique experience to support the brand marketing team in the creation and execution of the annual marketing plans for Lay’s.

During a Brand Marketing internship at PepsiCo you will gain experience in different marketing activities and assist in for example: the launch of new products, digital & social media campaigns, shop floor campaigns, influencer programs, performance tracking and so on. This way, you get a lot of insight into the day-to-day tasks of a marketing department in an FMCG environment.

Who are we looking for?

You are someone who:
  • Is a bachelor’s or master’s student or graduated oriented towards business/marketing.
  • Has the ability to think outside the box and approach projects in a creative way.
  • Can bring ideas to life – by the way of good communication and teamwork.
  • Can confidently take initiative and start your own projects, being organized throughout the process and have a result-oriented focus!
  • Is social, proactive and has a hands-on, positive mentality.
  • Preferably has a driver’s license.
  • Is fluent in Dutch and English (having good knowledge of French is a plus)
  • Is available to work for 5 days per week in our marketing department, starting on the 1st of August 2022
  • Has genuine interest in the food and FMCG industry and is keen on keeping track of the latest developments in the world of digitalization
