Ce client peut se définir comme une agence Web. La société fut fondée en 2004 par deux passionnés du Web, tous deux spécialisés dans la conception de systèmes informatiques. En 2007, cette société renforce son pôle online marketing par l´entrée dans le capital d´une troisième personne.
Pour chaque projet, ils élaborent la meilleure combinaison de canaux interactifs possible en vue d´atteindre les objectifs du client en termes de stratégie de communication et de online marketing.

To be a Lead Front End Developer at our company is,

The mission of the Lead Frontend Developer is to be responsible for supervising, overseeing, leading, managing, rewarding and motivating team members.

General Responsibilities

  • Organise code reviews sessions
  • Prepare and give trainings on various development topics
  • Set up pair coding sessions
  • Organise weekly frontend meetings
  • Give recommandation on department planning and tasks repartition
  • Handle the interviews for interesting profiles and open positions
  • Create healthy and motivating work environment
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs
  • Listen to team’s member and resolve any issues or conflicts
  • Stay up-to-date and take time for Research & Development
  • Maintain the frontend stack
  • Provide tools to help daily basis tasks (eg: Boilerplate )
  • Participate to sprint meetings
  • Define guidances
  • Code on high demanding components/projects
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
  • Be involved in tendering
