Your mission?

Join our dynamic marketing team at IRIS as the Lead Generation & Inbound Campaign Manager. With 5+ years of senior-level experience, you’ll strategize, execute, and optimize lead generation through inbound techniques, utilizing a centralized CRM & Marketing Automation tool.

Your Tasks & responsibilities?

  • Develop and execute inbound campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate on content creation (blog posts, e-books, etc.) with cross-functional teams.
  • Master lead generation using content and campaigns, optimizing forms and strategies.
  • Implement lead nurturing workflows and manage email marketing campaigns.
  • Optimize content for search engines and collaborate on SEO improvements.
  • Collaborate with digital specialistopers for website optimization.
  • Analyze campaign data, provide regular reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Refine audience targeting strategies with Sales Director and Digital Marketing team.

Your qualifications and skills?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Lead Generation & Inbound Marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing inbound marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Good knowledge of GDPR Directives & Opt-in rules is mandatory
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French or German , and you feel comfortable in English
