We are the competence center for developing efficient data, measurement and reporting processes and are pro-actively following up technology evolutions. Within Data Quality Management (DQM) several key projects are set up to strive towards the improvement of our business, data and IT architecture.The implementation of those projects will be steered by business processes focusing on automation, efficiency and quality within the whole Group.

Therefore, we are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to design and model the involved processes and lead the implementation.
Mission :

• You lead Lean Six Sigma projects and coach junior colleagues, train leaders & colleagues about Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques.
• You translate the ambitious principles of our future way of working to concrete process flows on the end-2-end processes: striving to STP (Straight Through Processing) from data gathering, to analysing quality, to calculate risk data and preparing reporting.
• You investigate process synergies cross domains (Finance, Risk, Treasury) and various entities.
• You analyse the existing processes, redesign and model them with a focus on operational excellence, according to the timelines and quality standards defined by our customers.
• You take into account the link with and impact on other processes. To provide clear process descriptions and provide knowledge sharing. To deliver process flows, data delivery agreements and the target operating model (TOM-document) that describes the process and its steps, accountable and responsible actors and their actions.
• You take the necessary actions to obtain the buy in of the involved parties, supported by the communication team and the management team.

Technical skills :

• Able to lead Lean Six Sigma projects about data & reporting processes and coach junior colleagues about Lean Six Sigma tools & techniques
• Able to train leaders and colleagues about Lean Six Sigma projects, tools & techniques
• Able to modele of processes (no tool requirement needed; but strong skills required in translating complex processes in easy visuals in e.g. powerpoint and visio)
• Able to split complex processes in small pieces and explain in simple words (translating technical language in common business language)
• Able to balance between a helicopter view (avoiding complexity) while not forgetting small but important details
• Able to analyse and evaluate processes, integrate RPA and AI solutions, with focus on efficiency, simplicity and uniformity
• Able to provide well documented processes and the way from the ‘as is’ toward the ‘to be’
• Able to discusse proposals with the stakeholders and obtaining buy-in
• Able to manage and monitor links with other processes
• Able to implemente the process/process changes together with the project team
• Able to demonstrate experience in the domain of company management (Finance, Risk, Treasury) or data management is seen as an asset
• Able to work with a wide range of people in an international environment.
