Description du poste


To reinforce our Training Team, we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team. As the Learning & Development Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently process training requests for the white collars and coordinate training programs for our blue-collar workforce.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong administrative abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our employees receive the necessary training to enhance their skills and productivity.

Responsibilities:

  • Training Request Processing:
    • Receive, review, and prioritize training requests from various departments, sites and supervisors.
    • Collect all necessary information related to training needs, including required competencies, job roles, and desired outcomes.
  • Training Program Coordination (blue collars):
    • Collaborate with internal departments and external training providers to develop and organize training programs suitable for blue-collar employees.
    • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling venues, arranging equipment, and ensuring availability of necessary training materials.
    • Communicate training schedules, requirements, and any changes to relevant stakeholders, including employees, supervisors, and trainers.
  • Training Evaluation and Reporting:
    • Conduct post-training evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training programs and collect feedback from participants.
    • Analyze training data and generate reports on training activities, attendance, completion rates, and overall outcomes.
    • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement based on training evaluations and participant feedback.
  • Training Compliance and Recordkeeping:
    • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and policies governing training requirements.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including employee training profiles and certifications.
    • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure that training records are properly maintained and readily accessible.

In this role you will report to our Training Manager.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor, master or equivalent.
  • A first experience as a Training Coordinator or in a similar administrative role is desirable.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple training requests and projects simultaneously.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French, Dutch and English, with the ability to effectively interact with employees, supervisors, and external trainers.
  • Interest in the construction sector.
  • Proficient in using training management systems and software.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate training records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • You are willing to work in our Brussels HQ (Woluwé).
