We are looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our HR team. Your main responsibility will be to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.

You will have a diverse range of tasks within the HR department with a focus on training and development.

• You are responsible for the organization and administrative processing of all internal and external learning initiatives in different forms (technical and soft skills, class room, e-learning, workshops, certifications, self-study, ..). You take care of the necessary steps such as selecting the training provider, planning, registration, evaluation, and funding.
• You draw up the annual training calendar and associated budget in consultation with the various managers. You give advice on training needs and make suggestions about the offers of external training institutions.
• You give advice on individual training needs and make suggestions about the offer of external training providers.
• You prepare and implement smaller learning strategies and programs
• You participate in Devoteam’s corporate learning initiatives (LMS, learning content, certification programs, …).
• You are the contact person towards the different learning providers (internal and external).
• You report on learning results and certifications.
• You look for new ways to facilitate our knowledge communities.
• In addition, you support the HR team in the following domains:
• You help in the HR administration
• You work together with the HR team on HR engagement initiatives (motivation, retention, coaching,...)
• You help organizing staff events such as the New Year’s party, summer BBQ, etc.
• You act as a backup for colleagues in the HR team and you deal with various questions from colleagues both by email and by telephone.

• 
  Learning And Development is your passion, and you are interested in HR topics.
• You have at least 2 to 3 years experience with the coordination of trainings in a technical environment.
• You are familiar with some ICT terminology, or you can familiarize yourself with ICT terminology easily.
• You have a hands-on attitude and can work on different tasks at the same time. You can manage your own projects and time.
• You are flexible and like to help others.
• You are professional and discrete.
• You have a solid knowledge of Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, …)
• You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
