The Learning Technology Specialist will support and manage two key learning platforms: the TalentShare LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) and the RISE LXP (Degreed).

This is a project contract(ASAP until Dec 2026), based in Anderlecht on a hybrid model(2 days/week on-site).

???? Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure GxP compliance and strict adherence to validated system requirements.
  • Drive system testing, new feature releases, and functional analysis.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation (URS, SOPs, audit trails).
  • Handle daily user support calls and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate closely with the manager, system owner, IT, and various stakeholders.

✅ Must-Have Skills

  • Direct experience with SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Degreed LXP.
  • Familiarity with validated systems and GxP compliance in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Ability to manage system documentation and maintain data integrity.
  • Skills in system testing and release management.
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with a good team spirit.
  • Excellent knowledge of English & French.
