Votre rôle:

Reporting to the Plant Operating Planning Manager, the Local Planner plans and controls all the plant’s raw materials requirements and ensures their supply to guarantee production.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the Arlon plant according to a schedule drawn up by the Programming Department. Ensure a coherent arrival of raw materials according to the plant’s needs. Cover between the minimum storage time (quarantine imposed by Quality) and the limit of use of the raw material (Quality specifications).
  • Daily monitoring and control of stock levels and coverage (expiry of raw materials, etc.).
  • Long-term requirements planning.
  • Draw up delivery schedules for each supplier.
  • Creation of the preparation program in collaboration with the managers.
  • Communication of plant requirements to FERRERO buyers or production sites.
  • Creation of purchase orders (INTER - SITES and "direct" suppliers) and follow-up.
  • Contribute to non-conformity management (organize return of goods, etc.).
  • Interaction with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Technology, HQ Central Material Management, Central Procurement.

Nous cherchons une personne qui :

  • Knowledge of the principles and methods of planning
  • Knowledge of budgetary and administrative management,
  • Mastery of office automation tools, logistics/ERP SAP IT systems associated with the activity,
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Set up activity monitoring indicators (main KPI’s),
  • Human resources management,
  • High/low time management,
  • Master communication and conflict management techniques,
  • Audit techniques,
  • Regularly monitor regulatory and technological developments,
  • Fluent in foreign languages: English - French
