Administrative Support - Intervention & Logistics Center

About the Role
The Intervention and Logistics Center is responsible for ensuring the continuity and reliability of energy infrastructure. The team handles both planned and emergency interventions, including the adjustment, repair, and construction of transport installations. With 24/7 availability, the center plays a key role in maintaining operational safety and service quality.

Function Description
As an administrative support professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Drafting letters and correspondence
  • Following up on files and documentation
  • Filing and archiving documents
  • Copying and scanning
  • Entering performance data
  • Tracking calibrations and inspections
  • Supporting ISO 9001-related processes

You will work closely with experienced colleagues and act as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders via email and phone. Your contribution will help ensure excellent service delivery.

Profile Requirements

Education & Experience

  • A secondary school diploma (A2) or a bachelor’s degree (A1) in an administrative field
  • No prior experience required!

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Social, structured, and accurate working style
  • Fluent in Dutch, with a good working knowledge of French
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with SAP is a plus
