KitchenAid SDA EMEA (Europe, Middle-East and Africa)

We are looking for a dynamic resource to be part of the EMEA Logistics team. This person will play a critical role in helping to achieve the company’s growth plans by coordinating smooth sourcing of our products and fluent flows of returns, while constantly seeking to improve in every aspect. In this role, you will be fully responsible for the inbound logistic processes and the reversed logistics for KitchenAid SDA EMEA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Inbound

• Work directly with our Forwarders and Procurement teams to ensure smooth transit of our good,
• Alignment with Procurement and Forwarder on the booking management at departure,
• Ensure right and accurate information for the business in terms of our transit goods, by sea, road and air.
• Supervision of the admin flow for correct custom clearance & inbound process in the warehouse,
• Coordinate and balance the inbound capacity at the warehouse in close cooperation with our 3PL
• Liaise with the Supply Planning team and prioritize where needed to maximize business potential.
• Drive mid- & long term improvement projects to increase capacity and efficiencies at our 3PL and Forwarders,
• Manage the over-, under-receiving and damages in out inbound flow and liaise back to suppliers.

Reversed Logistics

• You will coordinate and track the return process from our trade partners across EMEA,
• Ensure visibility for internal business, warehouse and carriers,
• Coordinate and balance the return inbound capacity at our 3PL,
• Communicate and report return statuses and anomalies back to the business,
• Responsible for our reverse logistic system and further develop capabilities in close cooperation with IT, Sales and Order desk.

Reporting

• You will be responsible to track and report KPIs in your domain for the business,
• You will be responsible to challenge the suppliers and look for possible improvements.

General

• You will work together in a team of 4eam of 4 other Logistics Coordinator & will provide back-up during their absence
• You will work on continuous improvements activities across the E2E logistics process with particular focus on Inbound Logistics & Returns flows
• You will report to the Logistics Manager of KitchenAid EMEA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Loigistics, Supply Chain or any other related field,
• You have 2 to 5 years experience in logistics,
• You are able to set priorities & meet deadlines in a timely manner,
• You are a team player & like being part of an international dynamic team ,
• You have an entrepreneurial spirit to propose new solutions to improve efficiency,
• You are able to be present in the warehouse in the port of Antwerp on a regular basis,
• You are fluent in English. Any other language is a plus,
• You have solid experience working with MS Office (mainly excel) and/or G Suite,
• You have SAP (SD) knowledge,
• You are a driven person with strong analytical skills, and putting the customer at the center of your efforts
• You are flexible & able to work in a changing & challenging environment,
