We would be excited to welcome you at Oxyde Chemicals Europe who is one of the world’s leading trading and distribution companies in the (petro)chemicals sector. We connect manufacturers and processing industries through international marketing of Glycols, Solvents, Monomers and other commodities. We are active worldwide and present with 17 locations in Europe, in North and South America and in Asia.

What You Will Be Doing
  • The coordination and monitoring of all transports from A to Z is your core task. This includes the control of the deliveries and the goods quality as well as the overall documentation and correspondence.
  • Organize logistics for incoming and outgoing goods (including bulk trucks, isocontainers, sea going vessels, barges, as well as storage of goods)
  • You are the main contact person with the logistics interfaces of our customers and suppliers.
  • You take over the management of all marketing and sales contracts and ensure to meets supplier´s and customer´s requirements.
  • You make sure that orders are handled timely and correctly and a smooth operational process.
  • You report to the Office Manager who is leading the CSR team.
Who You Are
  • You have already 5+ years of front-line customer service experience within the chemical industry
  • Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, French, and German an advantage.
  • You act calm under pressure and are able to make quick, clear and reasoned decisions in a dynamic business environment.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, natural relationship builder and commercial intuition
  • Your ability to work with MS-Office IT tools is effective and efficient.
  • Customer focused and service oriented
